Unfortunately, insurance is not accepted. Insurance coverage can be limited in the scope of coverage for evaluation services, and operating as private pay practice allows for the greatest flexibility in terms of evaluation components, most privacy of client records, and the maximization of attention paid to the client as opposed to obstructions that can arise when dealing with insurance providers. Cash, credit cards, and checks are accepted. A $200 deposit is due before the first testing appointment is scheduled. The balance is typically divided into two payments, the first paid at the first testing appointment, with the second due on the day of feedback. A 5% pre-pay discount is available for clients that are able to pay the fees in full before the first testing appointment. Typical evaluation rates are listed below. Please be aware that these are estimates only, and may increase or decrease based on the needs of the client. A Good Faith Estimate will be provided after the initial consultation.
